Kick-Off Event - Smart City Expo World Congress Barcelona 2025

GOAL OF THE EVENT
The Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) in Barcelona is the world’s leading meeting point for urban innovation, smart technologies and futureproof cities. With many Flemish organizations, companies and cities participating, this pre-networking event in Antwerp offers the perfect opportunity to connect before traveling to Barcelona.

Together with Smart Region Office, Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT), and Agoria, we bring stakeholders together to:

• Learn more about the Flemish programs and side-tracks during SCWE week
• Exchange practical information on participation and registrations
• Strengthen connections between cities, companies, research institutions and government

• Companies and exhibitors at the Flanders booth
• Government organizations, clusters and knowledge institutions joining SCWE

🚋 TRAM: take tram 7 to stop Sint-Paulusplaats

🚲 VELO: Velo station 049, Tolhuis / 050, Klapdorp / 058, Noorderterras

🚲 BIKE: secure your bike on the Sint-Paulusplaats near the building

🚗 CAR: parking Rijnkaai - 12-minute walk / parking Grote Markt - 10-minute walk

Take note of the fact that The Beacon is located in the LEZ zone and that the rules regarding public parking have been made stricter.
