Introduction to wine tasting (Level 1 intensive - full day)

A one-day course on introduction to wine tasting, in which you will learn about:

• theory of flavours perception;
• principles of oenology and winemaking (white / rose / red wine);
• production of sparkling wines (e.g., Champagne, Prosecco);
• intensive practice of wine tasting.

Circa 10 Italian wines will be served.

Overall, 7 hours (including one hour of lunch break).
