A nouveau, les belles personnes que vous êtes nous ont permis de faire connaissance avec un jeune talent déjà bien engagé dans une jolie carrière de pianiste. Nous avons saisi cette occasion pour vous proposer un concert bonus, plein de rythmes, qui vous mettra en condition pour les fêtes de fin d'année. José Navarro-Siberstrein viendra nous jouer des extraits de son CD "Vibrant Rythms".

Nous demandons à chaque spectateur de déposer 20 Euros minimum pour José dans la boite qui sera disposée à l'entrée de la maison, afin de l'aider à financer ce premier album.

Attention: pour la première fois, le concert a lieu un vendredi soir à 19h30, le 15 décembre. Fêtes obligent, le verre de l'amitié sera accompagné de pains surprises et tartes. Toute aide est bienvenue pour contribuer aux tartes salées ou sucrées ;)

Dear friends,

Once again, you lovely people have given us the opportunity to meet a young talent who is already well on the way to a fine career as a pianist. We have taken this opportunity to offer you a bonus concert, full of rhythm, to get you in the mood for the festive season. José Navarro-Siberstrein will be playing extracts from his CD 'Vibrant Rhythms'.

We're asking everyone in the audience to put at least €20 for José in the box at the entrance to the house, to help finance his first album.

Please note: for the first time, the concert will take place on a Friday evening at 7.30pm, 15 December. In honour of the festive season, there will be a welcome drink and surprise breads and tarts. All help is welcome to contribute to the salted or sweet tarts ;)

Le jeune pianiste bolivien, José Andres Navarro Silberstein, s’est produit dans différents pays, dans des salles et des festivals en Europe, aux États-Unis et en Amérique du Sud. Il a notamment joué au Teatro Municipal « Alberto Saavedra Pérez », dans sa ville natale de La Paz, et au Musikverein de Vienne. À partir de 2022, il sera artiste Talent Unlimited à Londres.

Il est lauréat du concours de piano Anton Rubinstein à Düsseldorf, du concours international de piano de Tbilissi en Géorgie, du concours international Young Academy Award à Rome, du concours international de piano Claudio Arrau au Chili, entre autres. Il a été finaliste à l’Académie de piano d’Eppan et au 63e concours international de piano Ferruccio Busoni.

En Bolivie, il a donné des cours de maître au conservatoire de La Paz, au conservatoire de Sucre, à l’école des beaux-arts de Santa Cruz et à l’école de Laredo à Cochabamba. Il a été membre du jury de concours musicaux nationaux.

Il a eu pour mentor Paul Badura Skoda, qui lui a donné un intérêt particulier pour les instruments d’époque. Il a étudié avec Balasz Szokolay à l’université Franz Liszt de Weimar et avec Claudio Martínez Mehner à l’université de musique et de danse de Cologne. Il suit actuellement le programme Artist Diploma au Royal College of Music de Londres, sous la direction de Norma Fisher et de Ian Jones.

Il a reçu des bourses du Royal College of Music, de la Fondation Herrmann Liechtenstein-Bolivie, de la Fondation Theo et Petra Lieven de Hambourg, de la Fondation Clavarte de Berne et de la Fondation Elfrun Gabriel pour les jeunes pianistes.

Depuis 2023, il est artiste en résidence à la Chapelle musicale Reine Élisabeth, sous la direction de Frank Braley et d’Avedis Kouyoumdjian. En septembre de la même année, il lance son premier CD « Vibrant Rhythms » chez GENUIN Classics.

The young Bolivian pianist, José Andres Navarro Silberstein, has performed in different countries in venues and festivals in Europe, USA, and South America. Halls include the Teatro Municipal “Alberto Saavedra Pérez” in his hometown La Paz till the Musikverein in Vienna.

He is a prize winner at the Anton Rubinstein Piano Competition in Düsseldorf, Tbilisi International Piano Competition in Georgia, International Competition Young Academy Award in Rome, Claudio Arrau International Piano Competition in Chile among many others. He was a finalist at the Eppan Piano Academy and at the 63rd Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition.

In Bolivia he gave masterclasses in La Paz Conservatory, Sucre Conservatory Santa Cruz Fine Arts College and Laredo School in Cochabamba. He served as a jury member in national music competitions.

He was mentored by Paul Badura Skoda, from whom he became a particular interest for period instruments. He studied with Balasz Szokolay at the Franz Liszt University in Weimar and with Claudio Martínez Mehner at the University of Music and Dance in Cologne. At the moment he is at the Artist Diploma programme at the Royal College of Music in London under the guidance of Norma Fisher and Ian Jones.

He recived scholarships from Royal College of Music, Herrmann Foundaiton Liechtenstein- Bolivia, Theo and Petra Lieven Foundation of Hamburg, Clavarte Foundation in Bern and Elfrun Gabriel Foundation for Young Pianists.

Since 2023 he is an Artist in Residence at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel, under the guidance of Frank Braley and Avedis Kouyoumdjian. In September of the same year he is launching his debut CD “Vibrant Rhythms” with GENUIN Classics.
