Who
The Impact Startup Lab is for founders who’ve been building their innovative startup for 3–7 years and are frustrated that every new client still feels like luck. You’ve proven your idea works, but your sales process is improvised — unpredictable, reactive, and exhausting. Like many founders, you don’t enjoy selling, and you tend to explain your value proposition in five different ways depending on the moment. If you want clarity on where your next five B2B customers will come from and a structure that makes sales repeatable, this Lab is for you.

The Lab gives you a hands-on framework to make sales predictable using the RAVE method. In four steps, you’ll learn to do research without wasting sales opportunities or time:
- Recalibrate — cut through noise and get clear on your strategic sales objectives.
- Articulate — sharpen your value proposition so it’s consistent and compelling.
- Validate — test your assumptions directly with potential clients.
- Expand — turn learning into repeatable steps for finding your next five customers.
You’ll leave with sharper messaging, structured outreach, and real leads — not just theory. And just as importantly: you’ll connect with fellow founders who, like you, are turning ideas into ventures that create lasting positive impact.
