<h1>Curious about hypnosis? </h1>Maybe you’re skeptical or totally petrified. Any of those answers are ok. In this fun and interactive talk you’ll discover how hypnosis really works and how you can take control of your own mind to improve your life in a whole number of ways. You’ll take a dive into the history, it’s actual real life uses from the medical world to the stage and yes - if you want to, you’ll even have the opportunity to get hypnotized yourself, leave any stress behind and feel awesome. This talk is ideal for people with no prior knowledge of hypnosis and will be given in English. Followed by Q+A and networking. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. Limited places, reserve fast!

<h2>Meet the Hypnotist</h2>Oliver M. James is a certified hypnotist from the UK. He particularly works with the expat community in Belgium and worldwide on issues such as stopping smoking, sleep, fears, phobias and anxiety. He has trained internationally with some of the world’s top hypnotists in the field.He now heads up <a href="http://www.boosthypnosis.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">boosthypnosis.com</a> - an online service providing 1:1 sessions to help people live better lives.
