About this event

  • 3 hours

Performance management is a necessary practice in every profitable company. The contemporary practices however aren’t free from biases. Prof. Dr. Klein will give us an overview of these biases are and illustrates how they keep gender inequality inside of companies, or how they can provide the optimal setting to fight it.

Prof. Dr. Klein has been a speaker for the progress club for several years and her lectures are well received by our audience. As a current Vlerick professor with experience in several business schools around Europe and experience in the corporate life. She brings a wide knowledge that she can clearly and objectively convey to the audience.
