Step into the culinary traditions of Emilia-Romagna and learn to make Tortelloni, the larger, delicate cousin of the famous Tortellini. Using tipo 00 flour and eggs, you’ll master the art of rolling, filling, and shaping these iconic stuffed pasta with guidance from pasta-maker Andrea and chef Luciano.As you work, you’ll discover the history and traditions behind Tortelloni. After class, sit down to enjoy the pasta you’ve created, served with a delicious sauce!What's included:<ul><li>The class lasts about 4 hours and includes instruction, pasta-making, and dining.</li><li>Water and 1 drink of choice (beer, glass of wine, or soft) are included.</li><li>Additional drinks can be ordered at the bar during the workshop.</li></ul>Italian appetizer and homamade tiramisù must be pre-ordered at checkout.📌 Important:<ul><li>Skill Level: Perfect for beginners!</li><li>Minimum 6 participants required—if not met, the class will be canceled.</li><li>Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a refund.</li><li>Class is taught in English but teachers speak also Italian, Portoguese and French.</li><li>Minors are not allowed.</li><li>The workshop starts at 18:00.
