Using tipo 00 flour and eggs, you’ll master the art of rolling, filling, and shaping these iconic stuffed pasta with guidance from pasta-maker Andrea and chef Luciano.

As you work, you’ll discover the history and traditions behind Tortelloni. After class, sit down to enjoy the pasta you’ve created, served with a delicious sauce!
