About this event

Step into the culinary traditions of Emilia-Romagna and learn to make Tortelloni, the larger, delicate cousin of the famous Tortellini. Using tipo 00 flour and eggs, you’ll master the art of rolling, filling, and shaping these iconic stuffed pasta with guidance from pasta-maker Andrea and chef Luciano.

As you work, you’ll discover the history and traditions behind Tortelloni. After class, sit down to enjoy the pasta you’ve created, served with a delicious sauce!

🥂 Extras: While water is included, you can enhance your experience with wine, beer, or soft drinks available for purchase at our bar. Fancy a sweet ending? Desserts are also available for purchase!

  • The class lasts 3 hours and includes instruction, pasta-making, and dining.
  • Skill Level: Perfect for beginners!
  • Minimum 4 participants required—if not met, the class will be canceled.

  • Class is taught in English but teachers speak also Italian, Portoguese and French.
