About Alexandra Solomon
Alexandra is a longtime practitioner and teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, with over 18 years of experience. A former gymnast with a background in physical therapy, Thai bodywork, and trauma-informed practices, her teaching is rooted in deep somatic wisdom and a love for the traditional lineage of yoga.
She studied directly in Mysore, India, and continues to be inspired by the teachings of Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor. Her classes are compassionate, precise, and dedicated to creating an inclusive space for all bodies and life stages.
