A former gymnast with a background in physical therapy, Thai bodywork, and trauma-informed practices, her teaching is rooted in deep somatic wisdom and a love for the traditional lineage of yoga.She studied directly in Mysore, India, and continues to be inspired by the teachings of Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor.
