FARI2025: The Data Tank Data Stewardship Bootcamp

This event takes place on Tuesday 18 November 2025 at 10:00 at BeCentral in Brussels, and is organized by Datatank and FARI - AI for the Common Good Institute.

Room: FARI Auditorium, 4th floor.

About the event: The Data Tank and FARI are joining forces to bring the first ever Data Stewardship Bootcamp in Brussels. The bootcamp targets mid and senior professionals across the public, private, and civil society sectors and aims to upskill professionals in data stewardship. The bootcamp costs 3000 EUR per participant and is organized with a focus on smart regions/cities. For FARI's Partner Day, TDT and FARI will organize a session on the data stewardship bootcamp and present the Data Stewardship Canvas - a toolkit that guides the entire implementation of the bootcamp. The session will cover a deep-dive into the canvas and provide some use cases on how data stewardship looks like in local, smart regions level.

The Data Tank is a think and do tank based in Brussels and founded in March 2023. We envision a future where societies are equipped to access, share and reuse data in inclusive, responsible, systematic and sustainable ways to make informed decisions and improve people’s lives, and that of the planet.

This event is held as part of the FARI Brussels Conference 2025 under the theme “AI, Robots, and Us: Living with Intelligent Agents?” - Partners Day.
