FARI2025: Discover ALLY, a hands-on demo for building a responsible AI strategy

This event takes place on Tuesday 18 November 2025 at 09:30 at BeCentral in Brussels, and is organized by Knowledge Centre Data & Society.

Room: Test & Experience Centre, Ground Floor.

About the event:

Curious how your organisation can take the first steps toward responsible AI? In this 1-hour demo, we introduce ALLY, a practical guide to building a responsible AI strategy. You’ll get a concise overview of ALLY’s pillars and building blocks and see how they can help organisations translate abstract principles into concrete actions.

Through an interactive exercise, you’ll experience firsthand how ALLY works and reflect on what it could mean for your own context, using the ALLY card deck. This demo session will give you a clear taste of how ALLY can support organisations, whether you are just starting out with AI or already have some experience, to move toward an ethical and sustainable AI approach.

Bonus Experience! Extend your visit - arrive early or linger after the session to immerse yourself in the world of AI

Join a guided tour at our FARI’s Test & Experience Center and explore interactive installations, playful prototypes, and real-world research on robotics, data, and algorithmic systems. Or step into the CAVE, Belgium’s largest Computer Augmented Virtual Environment. This immersive space makes complex AI scenarios tangible, showing how virtual simulations support urban planning, mobility, healthcare, and more. A rare opportunity to see how data-driven insights are shaping the decisions of tomorrow.

What is ALLY?

As the technological landscape evolves, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into organizational processes is becoming increasingly prevalent. Nonetheless, this integration demands the imperative to ensure that AI systems are developed and deployed responsibly. To assist organizations in this endeavor, the Knowledge Centre Data & Society, in collaboration with FARI, has introduced ALLY—a comprehensive guide designed to facilitate the creation of a trustworthy AI governance strategy.
