Despite growing awareness that (gender) diversity is a key enabler of corporate success, less than 1 out of 20 large European listed companies has a female CEO. How gender-diverse are Europe’s largest listed companies today, and what is holding them back?
During its annual event on 28 November 2018, European Women on Boards (EWOB) will publish its first European Gender Diversity Index (GDI) in partnership with Ethics & Boards. This comparative ranking highlights the best practices of the 200 largest European listed companies with regard to gender diversity on Boards, as well as in the roles of CEO/Chair of the Executive Board.
Powerful keynote content will be followed by a panel of prominent CEOs and experts who will share their views on a greater presence of women in leadership positions.
To acknowledge those corporations who have made real efforts in the field of gender diversity, the 3 best performing companies will be awarded.
