Arriving to Plovdiv:

The best way to travel is to fly into Sofia Airport (SOF), which is the largest international airport in Bulgaria, located approximately 150 kilometers (about 93 miles) northeast of Plovdiv. Plovdiv Airport currently operates only limited international flights.

As a significant part of the railway infrastructure is currently being reconstructed, the best way to reach Plovdiv from Sofia Airport is by bus or by renting a car. There is also an option to catch a special EVP shuttle bus from Sofia Airport to Plovdiv for 35 euros per person.

Accomodation in Plovdiv:

You can find a variety of accommodation options in Plovdiv, ranging from cozy guesthouses and boutique hotels in the Old Town to modern hotels and apartments in the city center. Once you decide to join the event, the local organizing team would be happy to provide you with a list of recommendations for various types of stays.
