General Info
Your big day of joy and pride, the EIT Digital Master School Graduation, is approaching and we can't wait to celebrate it with all of you during our networking event and afterparty! Feel free to bring your plus one to the event (separate ticket is required)!
The event will take place in a new venue called Project X, pretty close to the Auditorium of the IFEMA North Convention Centre where the ceremony will take place during the afternoon.
The event will be split in 2 parts:
- Networking Apero starting at 9 pm: you will have the chance to gather together during the happy hour consisting of 5 hours of open bar and appetizers for everyone;
- Afterparty starting at 11 pm: the real party will take place with our djs and international music all night long
Tickets
Included in the price:
- Entrance
- Drinks included (from 9pm till 2am)
- Food (tortillas, empanadas, minicroissants, and, ham and cheese boards + vegan options)
- RoundTrip Bus
The event is open for Graduates and their guests.
Transport
For the buses here is the organization:
Buses will be leaving from The Auditorium of the IFEMA North Convention Centre at 08:00pm in order to be at the venue at 08:30pm, so please be on time.
For the return buses will make 2 stops, Plaza Castilla and Plaza de Cibeles:
- 1 bus leaving at 01:00am
- 1 buses leaving at 02:00am
- 2 buses leaving at 03:00am
- 1 buses leaving at 04:00am
Depending on the final demand, each schedule could be re-adjusted !!
