BASIC INFO

  • Location: Lange Gasthuisstraat 29 - Antwerp (yogaspace will be shown by signalisation)
  • 11.45h-12.30h
  • Take your own yogamat
  • 1 session costs 12 euro, If you follow 5 sessions it's 10 euro/session( First session is 10 euro)
  • You pay the instructor, Tine, when you arrive or leave.

About the Pilates instructor:

My name is Tine, and I'm a former professional ballet dancer. From a young age, I have been passionate about mindful movement. While searching for a workout to support my dance training, I discovered Pilates. Over time, I realized that this method is beneficial for both body and mind. I am certified in classical mat and reformer Pilates. I teach classes in gyms, physiotherapy practices, and corporate settings, and I dream of opening my own boutique studio one day.

About the Pilates session:
What can you expect from a Pilates class with me? A balanced, full-body workout based on the six principles of classical Pilates: breathing, concentration, centering, flow, control, and precision. We focus on the deep core muscles, proper posture, lengthening the body, and developing total body control. Each class begins with a review of fundamental techniques, making it accessible for both beginners and more advanced practitioners. From there, we gradually progress toward more challenging exercises. Dealing with an injury? I can always offer modifications so you can safely and comfortably participate.
