Louis Verstrepen , Da Mimmo awarded one Michelin star and Ugo Federico, Racines ranked 49th in the Top Italy are joining forces
The chefs Louis Verstrepen and Ugo Federico are joining forces for one night only on March 26.
Two chefs dedicated to elevating Italian cuisine will combine their creativity for a unique and exclusive evening. A dinner where guests will experience the spirit and atmosphere of both restaurants brought together for a single night.
They will each be accompanied by their sommeliers, David Lazar and Alessandro Brullo.
This evening will also mark the exciting launch of Slurp Co’s new Chef’s Image & Management service, featuring two of our chefs.
A six-course dinner, a four-hands shared cuisine, and a wine list specially curated for the evening.
