This course offers an overview of the new European regulations on data and AI. It’s made for professionals from the public and the private sectors to explore new opportunities regarding the regulatory lands.

This course will be given by Gloria Gonzalez Fuster in the FARI Auditorium (Cantersteen 16, 1000, Brussels). It’s made for professionals from the public and the private sectors to explore new opportunities regarding the regulatory landscape.In the first module, assistants will analyze the influence of the new EU data law landscape in relation to interpreting and complying with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The second module provides an overview of the latest European regulations concerning data, such as the Data Governance Act and the Data Act, among others. <h3>Who Should Attend?</h3>Public and private sector professionals with an interest in European AI and data regulation.As FARI is supported by the European Resilience &amp; Recovery Fund (RRF), we can continue to offer free access to participants from public administrations, public institutions and research institutions.
