If the monster isn’t outside of us, but instead the boiling tension erupts from deep within, ready to project outward, what then? In Commonstro that inner murmur transforms into an uncontrollable physical eruption. Born from Milø Slayers’ solo Monstrare/Monere (2021), the work has evolved into a collective movement thanks to an intensive masterclass with the students of P.A.R.T.S. (Anastasia Antoniadi, Chiheb Slaoui, Kim Ramiandrisoa, Smila Vita Hoppe and Guillem Salmerón).

At Campo, the KASK students will take the stage, while the previous performers will intervene at intervals—sometimes to transmit their research, sometimes to share the stage. This open dialogue keeps the piece in perpetual metamorphosis: each transmission introduces new choreographic material, new tensions, allowing the performance to evolve with every showing.

Onstage, bodies swing between control and surrender, letting the tension born inside project outward. The raw choreography, both intimate and powerful, reveals the richness of this monstrous ambiguity, inviting the audience to feel the bubbling that links the interior with the exterior.
