There is a big disability data gap in Europe, specifically when looking at desegregated data on people with intellectual disabilities. To decrease this gap, Inclusion Europe launched the first Inclusion indicators report last year: an ambitious data project to collect data on the situation on inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in different countries.
What is the methodology behind the Inclusion indicators? What were the challenges when developing this data project? How can other organisations replicate this data project targeted towards their own constituency?
In this workshop, we will take a closer look at the ‘behind the scenes’ of the indicators project and discuss together what can and should be done to close the disability data gap.
