Break the Bubble: Our First Live Edition
From Ambition to Implementation: Delivering Europe's Health Priorities in 2026
Break the Bubble goes live for the first time in Brussels.
Join us on 10 June for a special evening marking a live recording of the podcast and the opening of Incisive Health’s new office on Avenue Louise.
Together with senior EU health policy voices, we’ll explore a key question: how do we move from ambition to implementation?
The 60-minute live podcast, moderated by Hans Martens, Senior Counsel at Incisive Health, will build on themes from previous episodes and explore how Europe can move from policy design to delivery in practice.
The evening will close with a relaxed networking apéritif and a chance to discover our new space.
Agenda:
17:30 – Welcome and registration
17:45 - Opening remarks by Aurélie Marchand, Head of Brussels Office, Incisive Health
18:00 – Expert panel moderated by Hans Martens, Senior Counsel, Incisive Health
- Fulvia Raffaelli, Head of Digital Health Unit, DG SANTE, European Commission
- Jan De Maeseneer, Head WHO Collaborating Centre for Family Medicine and Primary Health Care, Ghent University
- Béla Dajka, Policy Officer, DG SANTE, and HTA Team Leader for Stakeholder Relations, European Commission
19:00 – Networking reception
