Yassin is an Alpro Barista Ambassador with over seven years of experience in specialty coffee. He began his journey at Noir Coffee Bar in Leuven, where he trained baristas and developed a passion for latte art, winning several throwdowns between 2021 and 2023. Today, he combines his roles as barista, roastery professional, and trainer, leading workshops for brands like Alpro and engaging with specialty coffee from bean to cup.
