Would you like to explore coffee the way people do with wine? This module is made for those who love precise, thoughtful gestures and want to endlessly explore coffee terroirs. Together, we’ll dive into several slow brewing methods (V60, Switch, AeroPress…) to understand how water, temperature, and grind size shape the flavors in your cup. You’ll see how just a few small adjustments can completely transform your morning coffee and make it truly incredible.

You will learn how to:

  • Master several slow manual brewing methods
  • Adjust your recipes according to the equipment and coffee you’re using
  • Understand the foundations to make the best coffee in the world at home

Highly recommended before joining this slow brew workshop: the Coffee Sommellerie Masterclass!

The workshop will give you the chance to experiment for yourself while understanding the logic behind coffee extraction. We’ll talk ratios, brew times, and grind size — always in a clear, visual, and approachable way. My goal is for you to truly understand what you’re doing, so you can recreate (and even improve!) your brews at home.

It’s also the perfect moment to slow down, rediscover the rich aromas of a well-made coffee, and build a daily ritual. Slow coffee is a way to treat your palate… and yourself.

We’ll also take the time to explore other brewing methods like cold brew — perfect for summer — as well as batch brew, which means preparing coffee in larger quantities using a percolator machine. These complementary techniques will help you expand your recipe toolkit and better understand how to adapt your extractions depending on the format and the situation, while always mastering the fundamentals of brewing.
