When we are happy (for example when just receive a great news about promotion, being pregnant, children won the prize), those little remarks, looks, that rude behaviour does not bother us much but when we are troubled even our favorite movie does not charm us anymore, the most beautiful beach, resort seem to be irritating. But how really do we stop the chatter the mind, its tendency to swing between the past events and future, which bring up whole range of emotions from regret, anger to anxiety, fear and what not.

And that is where Breath-based Meditation technique come handy.

In the ‘Beyond Breath’ session, we will look into the tendencies of mind, learn an energizing breathing technique and be guided into a relaxing meditation. Once learnt this simple yet profound breathing technique may be practiced daily to raise the energy levels.

The workshop is an introductory session on the >>Art of Living Happiness Program (Online Meditation and Breath Workshop (OMBW) )>>. Spread over 3 days (2.5 hrs each day) program, we learn the Sudarshan Kriya™ — a rhythmic breath-based meditation technique, yoga, meditation and ancient yet practical wisdom to navigate through life.
