From knowing to doing.
More and more HR professionals and organisations recognize the value of evidence-based HR to make better decisions and improve work.
Putting evidence-based HR into practice is the next step, but few organisations have fully taken it. Those that consistently apply evidence-based HR are the exception rather than the norm.
Why does implementation lag behind?
Perhaps because of a few misconceptions, such as the belief that evidence-based HR is too complicated or requires too much time. These ideas can be challenged. But another reason is that people simply do not know where to start or how to approach it.
That is what this webinar is about.
How do you get started with evidence-based HR without it becoming yet another project on your to-do list?
To answer the question, we are delighted to welcome Professor Denise Rousseau, one of the pioneers of evidence-based management.
In this webinar, she will share lessons from her research and work with organisations that are already putting evidence-based HR into practice.
Practical guidance, actionable tips, and real-world examples, rather than just theory.
There will be space for questions and discussion, all facilitated by Iulia Cioca and Edward Vanhoutte from Beam.
What will we discuss?
- What evidence-based HR looks like in daily practice
- Common barriers to implementation and how to overcome them
- What creates traction for evidence-based HR
- Practical ways to embed evidence-based HR into everyday work
Who is this session for?
For every HR professional and people manager who wants to make evidence-based HR a natural way of working.
