KASK & Conservatorium charges an application fee of €150 per file for non-EEA candidate students who need to apply for a student visa.
The application fee is a standard charge that supports the administration of the application process and the development and maintenance of the systems used in this process. This helps us to ensure that applicants receive a smooth admissions experience.
Payment methods
You can easily make your online payment either by credit or debit card , IDeal , PayPal or SOFORT.
Payment deadline
This fee should be deposited prior to handing in your application file.
Please, mind the deadlines. Deadlines for submitting the application:
- May 1st for candidates who need a student visa
- June 1st for the other candidates
As soon as this fee has been transferred we start processing your application. Subsequently you will receive a(n )(conditional) admission letter if your application gets approved.
Refund policy
This amount will be deducted from the inscription fee due when you enroll at KASK & Conservatorium the following academic year (or the academic year following your Dutch language year at the latest).

KASK & Conservatorium rekent een administratieve dossierkost van €150 per aanvraag voor niet-EER kandidaten die een studentenvisum dienen aan te vragen.
Deze dossierkost is een standaardkost ter ondersteuning van de administratie van de aanvraagprocedure en het onderhoud van alle noodzakelijke systemen daarbij nodig. Dit stelt ons in de mogelijkheid elke kandidaat een vlotte procedure te garanderen.
Betalingsmethodes
Je kan heel vlot je online betaling uitvoeren via je bankkaart, kredietkaart, IDeal , Pay Pal of SOFORT.
Betalingstermijn
Gelieve het verschuldigde bedrag te storten voorafgaand aan het indienen van je aanvraagdossier.
Houd aub rekening met de deadlines.
- voor visumplichtige studenten vóór 1 mei
- voor niet-visumplichtige studenten vóór 1 juni
Van zodra deze kost is betaald starten we de verwerking van je aanvraag. Vervolgens ontvang je een (conditionele) toelating mits je aanvraag positief wordt geëvalueerd.
Restitutiebeleid
Dit voorschot wordt in mindering gebracht van het verschuldigde studiegeld wanneer je het academiejaar volgend op je aanvraag inschrijft aan KASK & Conservatorium (of ten laatste het academiejaar na je taaljaar Nederlands).
