Our flagship event, the 'Annual Meeting', will once again gather around 100 EIT Digital Alumni, former students and employees of our ecosystem, to learn from each other, discuss trending hot topics, listen to inspiring talks, have fun and spend an amazing long weekend networking with old and new friends.
This year, the Annual Meeting will take place in Athens, the sunny capital of Greece. The theme of the event will be "Emerging technologies", the topic that has received the vast majority of your votes. You will have a chance to reconnect with your fellow alumni and engage in various activities, while enjoying a short vacation surrounded by like-minded people from our community.
The programme strikes a perfect balance between professional development and networking opportunities, from tech talks and hands-on workshops to city tours, interactive games and other team building and social events!

The program will cover the following `(final schedule will be shared 2 weeks before the event):
- Arrival on Thursday afternoon + welcome dinner;
- Friday - sessions, talks and workshops + dinner and night out together;
- Saturday - exploration and social/fun/team building activities + dinner + party;
- Sunday - departure
Accomodation will be available in:
- Twin, Triple, or Quadruple rooms
- Either Regular or Premium (Cosmopolit offers regular rooms, Athens Hawks and Dunlin offers premium rooms)
Every ticket will include:
- 3 nights accommodation (Thu, Jun 16 - Sun, Jun 19) at either Athens Haws Hostel, Cosmopolit Hotel, or Dunlin Hotel (new hotel - website not available as it will open in June).
- 3x Breakfasts, 3x Dinners, 1x Lunch, distributed as follows: Jun 16: Welcome dinner, Jun 17: Full-board (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Jun 18: Half-board (breakfast, dinner),Jun 19: Breakfast
- Access to plenaries, alumni workshops, career fair and talks in the Conference Venue.
- Social activity with prizes on Saturday
- Unique networking opportunities & infinite fun
The ticket does not include:
- Drinks, snacks and other extras not mentioned in "The registration includes" section
- Transportation (e.g. flights, trains, etc.) between your location and Athens
- Local transportation (we deducted the cost of it from the ticket price as you have a convenient option that includes transportation from the Airport - check FAQs)
- Travel insurance, visa and any other formalities
- Other optional activities (visit to the Acropolis, access to party on Saturday)
We encourage you to show your employer this invitation letter and - hopefully - they will grant you a one-day permit. In addition, Jun 16th is Bank holiday in a few European countries, and Athens is such an amazing city to which you might consider coming some days in advance or staying longer at, so that flights might also be cheaper!

Refund Policy: it is possible to cancel your participation up to May 27th at 23:59 CEST to get a full refund of the ticket price (excluding Eventbrite fee). After this date, cancellation will not be possible anymore, and no money will be refund.
