Join us for the first edition of the AI Talks. This will also be the opportunity to celebrate the opening of our new AI Campus at BeCentral.
AI Talks, organised by AI Black Belt, aim to bring together a broader audience of AI professionals and AI academia.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Yves-Alexandre de Montjoye is an assistant professor at Imperial College London where he heads the Computational Privacy Group. He is a technical expert appointed by Parliament to the Belgian Data Protection Agency and was a Special Adviser to EC Commissioner Vestager in 2018-2019. Previously he worked for the Boston Consulting Group and acted as an expert for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the United Nations. He was recently named an Innovator under 35 for Belgium (TR35). He is affiliated with the Data Science Institute and Department of Computing.
Dr. Pieter Buteneers started his career in academia, first as a PhD student and later as a post-doc, where he did research on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Brain Computer Interfaces, and Epilepsy. He won the first prize in the biggest Deep Learning competition of 2015 together with a team machine learners from Ghent University: the National Data Science Bowl hosted on kaggle.com. In 2016, he finished his MBA at Flanders Business School. The last couple of years he consulted many companies where he trained managers and developers to build and implement new strategies to extract value from data using Machine Learning. Now he is making chatbots work for you as the CTO of Chatlayer.ai.
