What We Want to Share

With humility and passion, Wenwei and Gaultier want to introduce you to the mindset and philosophy behind our tasting.We’ll share how we enjoy tea in China, how it brings people together around the tea table, and how it opens up a world of sensations and possibilities.

This is not a tea ceremony, we do not focus on the "form", but the substance, which is the tea itself and our own bodies.

I want to create an honest tea tasting, guided by the Qi of the tea and your curiosity.

What Teas We Serve

We serve top-notch teas, carrying a comforting Qi ) no jitters but soothing, no bitterness but transformation.

I don’t use the word top-notch lightly. I feel deeply grateful to have access to these teas, and proud to be on this journey of sharing them with more people in Europe.

To give you an idea of what we might taste, below is for one of our tea gatherings:

• A purple bud tea from Yunnan Province
• An old bush black tea from Tongmu, Wuyi, Fujian province
• A wild-grown “Buddha hand” rock oolong from Fujian Province
• An aged white tea from Fuding, Fujian 2010

If you'd like, you can also try brewing the tea in Gong Fu styl yourself.

"The only thing that does not change is change itself", this also applies to Chinese tea culture. We are excited to hold a space where we create our unique experience together.

The teas may be different for each gathering , but the love and passion we infuse will be just as strong, and for some of you, it will be a real revelation.
