This in-person training session will start at 10:00 AM and is perfect for those looking to enhance their technical skills with 3CX.
The 3CX V20 Basic and Advanced Certification training will provide valuable insights and hands-on experience with 3CX Version 20.
The renewed 3CX Academy covers the latest product developments, including AI, transcription, call handling, system administration, configuration and best practices. Certification is based on a multiple-choice exam.
Each participant will be given the opportunity to take their 3CX certification exam at the end of the training day!
