Refund policy

Accepted Answer

In case of a cancellation by the participant, 50% refund of the fee up to one month before the symposium. No refund will be made if the cancellation request is postmarked less than one month before the start of the symposium.
All tickets can be transferred within the same company or organisation

Registration deadline

The deadline to register for our symposium is 21 April 2026. Onsite registration is not possible.

Where can we park our car?

Participants are recommended to come by public transport.
In case you come by car, these PARKINGS must be used:

PARK & RIDE LEDEBERG: Hundelgemeenschap 2 – 10 min walk 
PARKING SINT-PIETERPLEIN: Sint-Pietersplein 65 – 11 min walk 
INTERPARKING GENT ZUID: Zuidparklaan - 13 min walk
