In this Starter course, we will mainly focus on acute and closed fracture treatment.
In this Starter course, we will mainly focus on acute and closed fracture treatment, including practical tips and tricks on diagnosis and closed reduction maneuvers. An important aspect of closed fracture management is the application of casts. Therefore, extensive theoretical and hands-on practical sessions regarding plastering will be provided. The course is open to all trainees involved in the initial management of trauma.
NEW THIS YEAR: Emergency nurses, OR nurses, and cast technicians are also welcome to join the practical session in the afternoon (12.30-17.00).
