LEVA-EU Info-Session on Dutch LEV-Framework & Battery Regulation/Passport

LEVA-EU will host a free info meeting focusing on:

1) The Dutch LEV-framework
LEVA-EU has formally asked Minister Karremans to withdraw the proposed Dutch LEV-framework, because it conflicts with both Dutch and EU law and with the position the Netherlands itself defends at EU level. We'll explain the reasoning behind that request and the alternative we're proposing: a dedicated European LEV-Regulation, developed together with the sector, rather than a national framework that adds to the very fragmentation the Netherlands warns against in Brussels.

2) The Battery Regulation and the Battery Passport
Which obligations are coming into force, and what LEV-businesses should be preparing for now.
