cGMP or current Global Manufacturing Practices are present in all aspects of biopharmaceutical processes in a manufacturing environment. The goal of this training is to learn about the many different aspects of current Global Manufacturing Practices or cGMP and start working with them.

Iris Liberloo has been working as a Pauwels consultant at GSK for 2 years now (polio vaccines manufacturing) to introduce the cGMP requirements into the continuous training process. She decided to go for an extra 3rd year at New IPV in order to face the daily challenges of cGMP training in a business unit that is planning to start manufacturing their dedicated vaccines on a routine level.
After about 20 years of experience in the pharma sales & business training world, followed by a medicine serialization mission, she sees her daily work as a refreshing challenge: mixing cGMP and people skills
