Hey, I am Theresa. Mother of two, based in South East London but born and bred in Austria. I've worn many hats in my life but the one of healer and gong bath practitioner stuck!
When I'm not busy chasing fairies, you'll find me sipping Earl Grey tea with milk (yes, it's delicious..don't knock it until you try it), baking easy 4 ingredients cupcakes (gotta be efficient, right?), playing my gong or consulting my Oracle cards whenever I think major fu@$ery is afoot on this planet.
I hold transformational gong bath journeys in Brockley & Beckenham and coach highly empathic women with wounded inner children from dysfunctional family backgrounds in a 1:1 capacity.

to witness YOU, one gong bath at a time and becoming the person you were born to be.
to hold space for those tender spaces within YOU, that you may have long forgotten lived within you.
to remind YOU of the invisible currents of life, that all is not lost and that I will walk beside you.
to squeeze your hand and encourage YOU to do that scary new thing; or do that scary other thing that is to wait and trust.
