We are The Community Lab Initiative CIC, a Lincolnshire-based not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering the Ukrainian community in Lincolnshire. Our mission is to facilitate access to meaningful employment opportunities and support the development of freelance and small business ventures.

Through our work, we aim to showcase Ukrainian skills and talents, helping our members contribute positively to the local economy. We are also committed to supporting Ukraine directly through donations and by building business connections that foster long-term resilience.
