I am a 40+ year veteran real estate broker and teacher. I hold ABR, CNE, CRS, CSP and GRI real estate designations. My background includes commercial, commercial development, custom home building, land development and residential sales. I have extensive involvement with the Houston Association of Realtors and am past Chairman for that organization. Additionally I have served as chair for Houston Association of Realtors MLS, Technology, Risk Management and Information groups. For Texas Realtors I've served for many years a Regional Vice President. I have chaired Texas Realtors Professional Standards and Risk Reduction committees. I have for 8 years served as a director for the National Association of Realtors. For more than a decade I have been teaching Texas Real Estate Commission continuing education including Legal Update 1 and 2 Broker Responsibility, Contracts and a host of electives class. Along with my Co-host, Christopher Kelso of the Kelso Group Powered by APM we established The Real Estate Rat Pack Show airing Saturday mornings 9AM on KKHT 100.7 FM and we are well into the 8th year of the show.
