I've been teaching yoga for over 7 years. I have studied and been certified to teach various types of yoga, from power yoga to psychotherapuetic yoga. It is my belief that yoga can be used as a tool to help heal the mind and the body.
As a corporate lead instructor during the day, I understand the stressors that come with busy-ness and trying to find work-life balance. I use all of my teaching experience and yoga certifications to create a meaningful class that does the following:
1. Reminds you to HAVE FUN and take care of yourself FIRST.
2. Teaches you how to activate mind-body-breath awareness to calm the mind
3. Provide ways to apply these powerful techniques off of your mat.
