Immigrants in Corporate Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization empowering immigrant and first-generation professionals to advance, connect, and thrive. Through career navigation support, professional development, networking, mentorship, and access to experienced advisors, we help professionals build the skills, relationships, and visibility needed to navigate the workplace and grow their careers.

Our programs include the Career Navigation Program, Collaboration Network, Advisory Circle, expert-led workshops, and monthly community events.

Beyond individual career support, we work with employers and community partners to advance more inclusive workplace practices for immigrant professionals. We also elevate awareness of public policies affecting employment pathways for experienced immigrant professionals and international students.
