epicMeets

epicMeets is a research-driven facilitation platform that transforms meetings and workshops using powerful visual tools and smart digital support. Co-founded by Aalto University’s Associate Professor Robin Gustafsson, epicMeets brings together neuroscience, cognitive psychology, visual design, and facilitation expertise. The solution combines:

• Epics — tangible, metaphorical 3D objects that make abstract ideas visible, amplify storytelling, and foster shared understanding. 

• The epicMeets App — an intelligent coach with guided templates, real-time facilitation support, eM-Score productivity metrics, video summaries, and seamless follow-up capabilities. 

Developed and validated at Aalto University, epicMeets was rigorously tested across over 40 workshops with diverse participants and refined in collaboration with cognitive scientists, designers, and developers.
