Epicmeets

Epicmeets is a research-driven facilitation platform that transforms meetings and workshops using powerful visual tools and smart digital support. Co-founded by Aalto University’s Associate Professor Robin Gustafsson, Epicmeets brings together neuroscience, cognitive psychology, visual design, and facilitation expertise. The solution combines Epics and the Epics app. Epics are tangible, metaphorical 3D objects that make abstract ideas visible, amplify storytelling, and foster shared understanding. The Epics app is an intelligent coach with guided templates, real-time facilitation support, eM-Score productivity metrics, video summaries, and seamless follow-up capabilities. Developed and validated at Aalto University, Epicmeets was rigorously tested across over 40 workshops with diverse participants and refined in collaboration with cognitive scientists, designers, and developers.
