Chris Iveson and Evan George

Evan George and Chris Iveson, together with Harvey Ratner, began introducing Solution Focused Brief Therapy to a UK audience when they founded BRIEF in1989. Since then they have become world leaders in the development of the approach into coaching, team building, leadership and organisations. With fourteen books translated into a dozen languages and around 100,000 past course attendees from every (inhabited) continent they have been at the heart on one of the biggest shake-ups in the therapy world since Freud took it to the couch. Thirty-five years later they are as passionate as ever about doing and teaching this extraordinary approach that can change lives, even the most miserable and shattered lives, with a series of kind and gentle questions. It is these questions that we teach: to therapists, coaches, doctors, teachers, social workers, managers and whoever has a job involving the creation of more successful futures.
