Taking the step to align my career with my passion for people & personal development helped me to find a greater sense of fulfillment and peace in my life. In turn, I aim to help reduce suffering and increase happiness in others' lives by helping them understand what they need to lead a meaningful life, and how they can achieve it!

I have completed an ICF-accredited coach training program through the Happy Whole Human Institute of Holistic Wellness and hold the ICF-credential of Level 1/ACC Coach.
