Kaley Chaibva is an Executive Career Coach for Black female professionals, speaker, and advocate for Black women’s empowerment. Founder of the Elevate & Empower program and creator of the Root to Rise Method. Born in Zimbabwe, she has spent a significant part of her life traveling the world, immersing herself in different cultures, and gaining a global perspective. She holds two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, including one from a prestigious university in France. Her personal experiences, combined with her professional background, position her uniquely to guide and empower her clients.
