DCCI
The Direct Climate Cooling Initiative (DCCI) is an education-led climate initiative developed by the Fleur Rossdale Foundation. It brings together storytelling, schools, art, and live events to support young people in developing environmental awareness, communication skills, and systems thinking. Through programmes such as the DCCI School Awards, the initiative connects students, educators, and partners across cultural and geographic contexts, encouraging creative engagement with environmental themes through drama, oration, visual art, and fundraising communication.
The Fleur Rossdale Foundation is dedicated to strengthening the relationship between people and the natural world through story, education, and collaborative dialogue. Its work integrates imagination with scientific understanding to create meaningful pathways for long-term environmental responsibility. Events hosted by DCCI and the Foundation bring together educators, cultural practitioners, and philanthropic supporters to explore how education, creativity, and communication can contribute to constructive climate engagement.
