Children's Partnership
Children’s Partnership is a Singapore based psychological practice specialising in relationship based support for neurodivergent children and the adults who care for and work with them.
Founded in 2005 by psychologist and certified RDI® Consultant and Trainer Genevieve Chua, our work focuses on helping children develop resilience, flexibility, emotional regulation, and adaptive thinking through guided relationships rather than behaviour driven techniques.
We host talks, workshops, and training events for parents, educators, and professionals who want to move beyond surface level strategies and better understand how development unfolds over time. Our events are practical, reflective, and grounded in real world experience, with a strong emphasis on co regulation, scaffolding, and building confident guiding relationships.
Children’s Partnership is also the RDI® training centre for Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea, supporting professionals who wish to deepen their practice using the Relationship Development Intervention model.
Our mission is simple: to help adults slow down, guide with intention, and create the conditions for meaningful developmental growth.
