R.I.C.H RVA is dedicated to transforming the Greater Richmond small business ecosystem by bridging the gap between entrepreneurs and the resources they need to thrive. Our mission is to foster an inclusive, accessible, and sustainable network that supports Black and Brown business owners, women entrepreneurs, and underserved communities. Through mentorship, educational opportunities, technical assistance, professional networking, and access to capital, we are building a stronger, more equitable entrepreneurial landscape. Our current initiatives focus on expanding the R.I.C.H RVA website, developing an ecosystem asset map, piloting tailored back-office business support, and collaborating with regional partners to create a long-term investment strategy for small business success.
