Eventbrite's pricing and plans
Eventbrite allows you to publish events for free. Fees apply when you sell paid tickets, add-ons, or collect donations. By default, ticketing fees are paid by attendees at checkout. However, you can choose to cover these fees yourself when setting up your ticket types. There are no fees for free tickets.

Eventbrite allows organizers to publish unlimited events of any size at no cost.
Attendees pay Ticketing Fees
When you sell tickets, add-ons, or accept donations, your attendees pay Eventbrite's Ticketing Fees at checkout. If you prefer, you can choose to cover these fees yourself when setting up your ticket types. There are no fees for free tickets.
Paid marketing tools are optional
Eventbrite offers a variety of tools to help you grow attendance and revenue, including paid options:
Eventbrite Ads: You can pay to advertise your event on Eventbrite's website and mobile apps. Costs are based on your chosen daily budget, which determines how frequently your ads are displayed.
Eventbrite Premium: An optional subscription that adds extra capabilities on top of everything you can already do today. These options are further described in this article.
Eventbrite Premium: What's included
Eventbrite Premium is a new optional subscription for organizers who want to reach more attendees and sell more tickets. A Premium subscription adds new capabilities to Eventbrite. None of the features organizers already use are removed or locked.

Get promoted in our paid social campaigns - We include your events in Eventbrite's own advertising on Meta, Google and TikTok. No setup or media spend needed.
Stand out with a Premium badge - A blue checkmark on your organizer profile and event listings to signal credibility to attendees.
$20/month in EB Ads credits, applied automatically to any campaign you run. Credits don't roll over month to month.
Up to 2,000 marketing emails per day.
Featured slots in our weekly Eventbrite consumer newsletter, with extra placements reserved for Premium organizers.
Premium customer support with live chat and priority email.
50% off instant payout fees, allowing you to access ticket revenue the same day you sell.
Eventbrite Premium pricing
Eventbrite Premium is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. You save with annual billing. To subscribe, go to Plan management in your Eventbrite account.

Note: Eligibility is being expanded gradually, starting with organizers in the United States. Organizers who are not yet eligible will be notified by Eventbrite once Premium becomes available for their account.
What happens to existing Pro plans
If you currently subscribe to a Pro plan, nothing changes for you. You keep your existing plan at your current price, and your higher email send limits keep working as they do today.
Pro plans are no longer available to new subscribers. If you cancel your Pro plan switch to Eventbrite Premium in the future, you will not be able to resubscribe to Pro.
Note: If you are a managed account and are interested in the additional Premium capabilities, contact your account manager to learn about the Premium benefits available to you.
Large or complex events
Eventbrite offers custom plans tailored to your specific needs. Contact Sales Partnerships to learn more. Managed account organizers should reach out to their account manager.
Cancel your Eventbrite Premium plan
If you would like to cancel your Eventbrite Premium subscription:
Go to Organization settings .
Select Plan management.
Select Cancel subscription.
Your subscription will still be active until the end of your current billing cycle, but you won't be charged again.
If you signed up within the last 14 days, you may request a refund. After this period, fees are non-refundable except where legally required. To request a refund, complete and submit the Eventbrite fee refund request form .
Declined cards and payment issues
If there is an issue with your payment method, you can update it by taking the following steps:
Go to Organization settings .
Select Plan management.
Confirm that there's an error message related to your payment method.
Select Confirm payment on Stripe.
Update your payment information.
NOTE: A different error message may appear if there's a different issue with your account. Follow the steps provided to resolve the issue.
Review your billing history
To view and download your plan billing history:
Go to Organization settings .
Select Plan management.
Locate Billing history, then select Download CSV.
This downloads a CSV file with important information about your payment plan, including:
id: Your invoice ID
created_at: The date your invoice was issued.
status: Your current invoice status (paid or open).
amount: The total amount of your invoice.
invoice_pdf: A link to download a PDF copy of this invoice.
If an invoice is unpaid because of a declined charge, the invoice_pdf link will let you pay the invoice.
Go to the link in invoice_pdf.
Select Pay online.
Fill out your payment information.
Select Pay.
