Eventbrite's pricing and plans

Eventbrite allows you to publish events for free. Fees apply when you sell paid tickets, add-ons, or collect donations. By default, ticketing fees are paid by attendees at checkout. Pricing overview

Publish events for free

Eventbrite allows organizers to publish unlimited events of any size at no cost.

Attendees pay Ticketing Fees

When you sell tickets, add-ons, or accept donations, your attendees pay Eventbrite's Ticketing Fees at checkout. If you prefer, you can choose to cover these fees yourself when setting up your ticket types. There are no fees for free tickets.

Paid marketing tools are optional

Eventbrite offers a variety of tools to help you grow attendance and revenue, including paid options:

  • Eventbrite Ads: You can pay to advertise your event on Eventbrite's website and mobile apps. Costs are based on your chosen daily budget, which determines how frequently your ads are displayed.

  • Eventbrite Premium: An optional subscription that adds extra capabilities on top of everything you can already do today. These options are further described in this article.

What happens to existing Pro plans

If you currently subscribe to a Pro plan, nothing changes for you. You keep your existing plan at your current price, and your higher email send limits keep working as they do today.

Pro plans are no longer available to new subscribers. If you cancel your Pro plan switch to Eventbrite Premium in the future, you will not be able to resubscribe to Pro.

Note: If you are a managed account and are interested in the additional Premium capabilities, contact your account manager to learn about the Premium benefits available to you.

Large or complex events

Eventbrite offers custom plans tailored to your specific needs. Contact Sales Partnerships  to learn more. Managed account organizers should reach out to their account manager.
