The Department of Music at USD offers an integrated study of music history, theory, composition and performance in a Liberal Arts environment. Health and Safety:
USD requires all off-campus visitors to provide proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID-19 test as well as wear face coverings while indoors. All documents will be checked before guests will be admitted to the event space.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is 1) the physical COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card issued to the patron at the time of vaccination, 2) a photograph of the patron’s COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, or 3) a digital vaccination record. All residents of California may request a digital vaccination record at https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov. Alternatively, a negative COVID-19 test for the patron from the past 72 hours can be shown.
USD reserves the right to deny admission to any patron who does not provide the necessary documentation or follow any COVID-related policy. Please note that this policy is subject to change based on CDC, California and San Diego public health guidance.
